How do access the PVR Recording Center?
Click the RED record button on the TVU Player.
What do the time files mean in the PVR menus?
Here's a breakdown of meanings for the different fields.
Start Time: Time the recording will start
Duration: How long the program should be recording for you
Date: Day the recording should start
How do I set the Time Zone on my PVR?
The PVR Time Zone is synched with the Time Zone chosen in the TVU Player TV Guide located on the TVU Player pullout window.
After I set up to record the programs, do I need to leave the PC on? or can I turn it off or put the PC to sleep?
You need to keep your computer on and the TVU player Running.
Can I share the program to my other computers?
Currently not at this time.
How many programs or hours can I save ?
This is dependent on your hard drive size.
Can I burn a program to a dish or store to a portable hard drive?
No.
Can I record more than one program at a different times?
You can record multiple programs at different times, but not at the same time.
Do I get charge monthly?
Yes. The charge $1.99 per month.
Is there an option for an annual fee?
Not at this time.
Can I watch a different program and record at the same time?
No. Currently, there is only one tuner.
If my computer goes into Hibernation mode will my scheduled recording wake it up?
Not at the time. However, we're constantly making improvements.
How do I change my PVR payment information?

2. Login to "Your Account" : http://pages.tvunetworks.com/accounts/viewLogin.do
3. Click "View your subscriptions"
4. Click "Change personal and financial information"
How do I cancel my PVR subscription?
1. Go to: www.tvunetworks.com
2. Login to "Your Account" : http://pages.tvunetworks.com/accounts/viewLogin.do
3. Click "View your subscriptions"
4. Click "Cancel" to cancel your PVR account
